The World Heritage Sites in New Zealand

Tongariro National Park
　It is the first national park in New Zealand, and it is famous for three volcanos;Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe,and Tongariro. In 1887, the leader of the Maori contributed their land to New Zealand to protect the land of the Maori. People enjoy skiing down a hill, hiking to the volcanic crater, and so on there. The most popular activity is Tongagiro Alpine Crossing. This is a trekking tour seeing craters, lava, and another beautiful scenery. This experience will make you very excited.

New Zealand Sub-Antarctic Islands
　It consists of 5 islands. It is not famous because it is in the strict situation that it is always under unstable weather. Therefore people can’t go there easily. However, there are rare animals in the islands like albatross, yellow eyed penguin, and so on. There are 126 species of birds there, but 5 species of them exist in only those islands. To visit to these islands means not only to be able to get precious experience, but also that we have to behave with responsibility not to have any effect on them. In fact, the number of people who can visit there of a tour is restricted.

　I'm going to talk about wine in Switzerland. The history of wine in Switzerland is very long, and it goes back to Roman period, about 2 thousand years ago. Then Swiss love wine, and each person drinks 44 liters of wine a year. It means 44 bottles of wine. Can you believe it? Unbelievable!! Then most of wine made in Switzerland is drunk by Swiss, so it is not famous all over the world. However, it has very high quality, and it's delicious, so you should go to Switzerland to drink wine.
　Lastly, I'm going to tell you the history of wine itself as an episode. In fact, it is said that there has been wine before human began to active on the earth. It means more 2 million years ago. And there is the oldest literature about alcoholic drink written 6 thousand years ago. It says that there was the King enjoyed drinking wine with his carpenters. Therefore, wine is the oldest alcoholic drink in the world.

The Harvest Festival in Neuchatel

　In Neuchatel district in Switzerland, grape has made since 1,000 years ago. And wine has made until now, and its quality is very high. Then this festival called "The harvest festival in Neuchatel". It started in 1902, so its history is very long. In this festival, people celebrate for harvest of grape parading on the rode. In this parade, people are looking forward to watching cars with beutiful flowers made by artists every year.

Ashitaka
He is the hero of this movie, and he lives in the North district silently. One day in order to protect the village from Tatarigami which is like a ghost of nature, he fights to it. In that fighting, he gets a cruse of death.
San
She is the heroine of this movie. Although she is a human, she was grown by wild dogs. Therefore she has a pride of the wild dogs, and she thinks “I am a wild dog.” And she hates human who will destruct forests.
Eboshi
She is a reader of the village of Tatara. She cut down the trees for tools to make iron, and she will kill the god of forests. However She has a kind heart to her village people.

Titanic

The Characters

Jack Dawson
He is a hero. He is a poor young man who travels abroad by collecting money. One day he wins money at gambling, so he can get a ticket for the Titanic. On the ship, he meats Rose, and he falls in love.

Rose Dewitt Bukuter
She is a heroine. She is a daughter of her very rich family, but she despair of her life which her parents decided. However she was given hope on the Titanic by Jack.

Caledon Hockley
He is a fiancé of Rose. He has a lot of pride and tends to solute everything by using money. However he really loves Rose, so he tries to kill Jack who loves her.

Story

This is a love story. Jack and Rose encounter by chance on the Titanic, and they fall in love each other gradually. However they each belongs to each exact opposite class. And one midnight, the Titanic hits the mountain of ice.

My summer vacation

　I went back home to Hamamatsu in Shizuoka, and I had stayed there for about one and a half months. In Shizuoka, I went to see the fireworks in Fukuroi with my friends from high school. They were very beautiful and the big sounds of them were exciting. Also my best memory was meeting my friends again after a half year in Hamamatsu. I was happy to see their happy smiles, and to conversation with them after a long
time.

　By the way, it was my birthday on August the 8. I went to eat yakiniku with my friends that day, and we ate many of them than usual. Although we eat too much, but we had a good time talking about the stories of these days or love and so on. I felt the place I come from is the best. And also in Nagoya, my friends of NUFS celebrate my birthday. They invited me to karaoke, and they had bought a piece of cake for me. I was very surprised, and I felt strong emotion, and I was very happy. In summer vacation, I felt it was very important to have friends. Therefore I’ll treat friendship as an important matter.

What's Yoga?
　Yoga is a behavior of a religion in India, and it was borned about 800 years ago. After that, the worldwide Yoga boom has spreaded since the 1960s, also it is very watched nowadays. And It is said that it is possible to integrate the body and spirit by Yoga.


The method to increase Effects
　In fact, breathing in Yoga is very important although we always breathe unintentionally. Diaphragm breathing makes circulation of the blood good, and sends nutrition to various parts of the body. Thanks to that job, garbage of inside of the body go out of it.


The effects of a diet
　The method to decrease weight isn't only strong sports. The most important thing is to increase basical metabolism. Moving parts of the body which we usually don't move makes it increase efficiently. Also, There are effects to prevent from eating much many foods by being relax and throwing stress away.

High Blood Pressure

Risks
　High blood pressure is a very dangerous disease. And also it approaches you silently, so it is often said "The silent killer". However, we have no image that it is terrible, but you should change your ideas about it. Because the disease leads a lot of other illness, for example, heart disease, sugar diabetes, several brain disease, and so on. In fact one research in Japan in 1998 showed that there were 7,700,000 patients of high blood pressure, and the illness produced 6,700 dead person among them.

Preventions
　There are a lot of preventions, especially in meals. It is to avoid taking too much salt, alcohol, and calories. It is said that it is important to take salts by 10g a day to keep healthy in Japan.

Factors
　The disease almost patients have is said the one by instinct, and in fact the obvious factors are not revealed. however there are some ones, for example, they are stress,obesity,the place of cool , and so on. Surprising, the place makes your blood pressure high. Be careful!

July 6th

　Today it was very hot, so I took a shower many times, and I didn't want to do anything. Therefor I had breakfast late, it was 11:oo am. I tended to study for a term test, but I couldn't by that climate change. I'm very worrid about the test because I don't study for the term test. Oh no! I'll start studying from today and I'll do my best. Then about at 4:00 pm, I went shopping for food to Aoki supermaket. I bought many many food there. After that, it rained. However I was glad because I thought that it would be cool toight by the rain. Oh... Iwant many holidays! I want much more time to study!

July 5th

　Staying overnight at his partment, I ate breakfast with him. It was delicious so I thought I wanted to try it. Then he did washing, while I did the dishes. After having finished it, I felt hot. Because today it was hot and stuffy day. A little moving made sweat. Then we played a game of "Puyo puyo" by Play Station. I have ever played the game of a super family computer or a Nintendo 64, but I played it by Play Station for the first time. Therefor the quality of the contents of Puyo puyo was high. Then in the evening I went back home, and he went to his place of part-time job. We had a good time.

July 4th

　I went to NUFS on foot, and I ususlly tried to enter the room 321 for the first classes. And when I opened the door, I was very surprised becouse nobody was there. I thought "What happpend?" a moment. Immediately I found that the lecture was canceled today. I'd clean forgotten it. I had no luck. After school, after having a dinner, I went to Yagoto tomeet my boyfriend. Then we went to his apartment, we talked to each other about our resent events. I could talk with him personally after three weeks separation, so I was very glad.

June 30th

　Today I had two tests. One was an English words test, the other was an description one. The former was so-so results, but the latter was difficult for me. Though I did my best for it, I'm worried about the rasult. However I had an a happy thing today, it was my conversations in PUT class. Becouse today I could speak English more naturally and I could speak what I want to tell everyone much than so far. I felt glad very much.

June 29th

　Being very tired for my trip, I woke up at 10:00 am. Then I have breakfast my moter cooked, it was very delicious not surprisingly. Then I felt that my cooking was not good yet, so I decided to cook more good dishes. At about 4:00 pm, I got on the train to return my apartment in Nisshin city

June 28th

　I went back to my hometown in Hamamatsu to meat my friend Mika from high school. At an restaurant we had a lunch talked about our daily events. Then made some stickers by "Print club" after a long time. And I stayed over night at my house in Hamamatsu.

June 27th

　All day long I was sleepy, especially in airline course after lunch. However from the middle of the class I returned to be right. After school I started sleeping soon at my home, so dinner was later than usual.

About Laughter

Benefits of Laughter
　Nowadays a movement to use laughing for remedy is spreaded in hospitals. Because laughing makes human gene become active. Not only that effect , but also another one there are. For example decreasing rate of blood sugar and stress, and increasing immunity, and so on. Actually a pain which a man has became less after he had laughed loudly.

Best of Oriental Radio
　Two people called “Oriental radio” give us laughter by using enjoyable short stories. And they have rhythmical movement and ways to speak. It is easy for us to understand contents. Because they choose contents like that we always experience.

Ken and Jury
　There are two people in this movie. One is a man in font of a mirror, and he is famous as “ken shimura” the other man acts the former’s reflection. Their movement should be same, but something is different and funny. I can’t help but stop laughing.

Funny animals
　We can watch many funny animals in this movie. Why they are funny? Because one animal kicks a ball into the goal, one flies at human’s face, and one attacks human’s hip. Their innocent movements are very cute.
