What's Yoga?
Yoga is a behavior of a religion in India, and it was borned about 800 years ago. After that, the worldwide Yoga boom has spreaded since the 1960s, also it is very watched nowadays. And It is said that it is possible to integrate the body and spirit by Yoga.

In fact, breathing in Yoga is very important although we always breathe unintentionally. Diaphragm breathing makes circulation of the blood good, and sends nutrition to various parts of the body. Thanks to that job, garbage of inside of the body go out of it.
The effects of a diet
The method to decrease weight isn't only strong sports. The most important thing is to increase basical metabolism. Moving parts of the body which we usually don't move makes it increase efficiently. Also, There are effects to prevent from eating much many foods by being relax and throwing stress away.
